1. Lever Squat
The same idea as a belt squat that loads from the hip, but to remove the cable and enable the user to stand with the upper body in an upright position.
2. Hip and Knee extender
To load hip and knee extension without loading the spine, similar to the Lever Squat but a different loading position to improve glute activation.
